Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential.
Must be proficient in Cantonese language (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Willingness to work in a full-time, onsite position in Sunway Visio Tower, Kuala Lumpur.
