Job Description
MohonKelayakanThe Customer Service interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Requirements
- Able to converse fluently using Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Must be able to read and write traditional & simplified Chinese words, and English
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Working Hoursxefxbcx9a Rotational Shift - 5 days working
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
