Requirements
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Mandarin/Cantonese) to handle inbound calls and chats, assisting customers and offering value-added solutions.
Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Excellent comprehension and chat etiquette.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Language assessment score of 3.5 or above.

People & Sales Skills

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for customer satisfaction.

Other Skills

• Good understanding of client policies, escalation procedures, and order management.
• Proficient in using internal and external systems/tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chat interactions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Provide consultative product recommendations to help customers grow their online business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues (e.g., DNS, hosting, CMS setup).
• Offer solutions within support scope and refer to third-party or paid services when appropriate.
• Achieve key performance metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and daily sales.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and effective communication at all times.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
