JOB RESPONSIBILITY NO Marketing or Sales involved Fast-paced environment processing customer request Identify and handle customer enquiries till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction. To carry out any ad-hoc special tasks assigned by the management. JOB REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field. Preferably with minimum of 1 year working experience in Administration / Customer Service Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory (both speaking and writing). SPM Credits in Maths, Bahasa Melayu and English Ability to handle large volume of telephone calls and email enquiries. Able to work at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
