Requirements

• Handle daily PC tasks, data entry, and administrative work
• Update product releases and promotional postings on social media
• Reply to customer messages via WhatsApp & Instagram
• Arrange customer appointments and bookings
• Liaise and coordinate between 2-3 parties (customers, suppliers, internal team)

Responsibilities

• Minimum SPM or equivalent education level
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
