Job Role: Advisor - Customer Service (Cantonese Speaking, Local)
Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Malaysia
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotational schedule (5 working days, 2 off days)

Start Date: 15th October 2025
Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM3,400
• KPI Incentive: RM500
• Lunch provided daily

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential.
• Must be proficient in Cantonese language (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers.
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to work in a full-time, onsite position in Sunway Visio Tower, Kuala Lumpur.
