Job Description

Job Scope:

Manage incoming phone calls Manage multiple feedback channel Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills required:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Bilingual (minimum Malay & English)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Malay (Required) English (Required)
Work Location: In person
