Customer Service (Air Freight/Sea Freight)



Location:

Bay Avenue, Bayan Lepas

Employment Type:

6-month contract (high chance to convert permanent)

Salary Range:

RM2,500 - RM2,700 (depends on experience)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:



Act as the main contact for customers regarding shipments, orders, and delivery updates. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouses to coordinate logistics operations. Handle documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork. Manage customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to improve shipping efficiency.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics systems. Knowledge of air and sea freight processes is an advantage. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
