Attend to customer or sales personnel via call and email for the following:
Printing orders , sorting , segregation (order received via email & fax), Order processing, Delivery enquiry, Product enquiry, Promotion enquiry, Stock availability, Customer complaint, Filing the sales order.
Liaise with transporter/ dispatch for any issue related to delivery
To process exchange / billing order in the system.
To process Bulk Orders by instruction from Sales personnel.
To process credit notes/debit notes based on the error billing in any particular invoice upon confirmation.
To follow up with warehouse for goods collection that has not been done.
To assist in bi-annual stock count activities.
To perform ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management or relevant.
1-2 years experience.
Fresh graduate is welcome.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures.
