Job Description


  • Experience in customer service and good customer service skills is a distinct advantage.
  • Candidate with supply chain and shipping knowledge is a distinct advantage.
  • Meticulous, good team player, and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP experience is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the service team in order processing transactions, coordinating engineer schedules, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Handle all delivery-related documentation; ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Pack and arrange delivery of goods.
  • Ensure proper control in PO, inventory, and quote submission.
