Position: Customer Service Coordinator SG - Mandarin SpeakerIndustry: FMCGWorking Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance)Working Location: Sunway Pinnacle, Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Hybrid)Working Day/Hour: Monday - Friday; between 8:30am - 7pm (8 hours a day)Salary: Basic range from RM3,000 - RM3,500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage + completion bonus + internet reimbursement RM100Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to follow Singapore public holidays.

Part A: Overall Responsibility

• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction / service level through the effective management of the Customers\' order processing function. Accountable in providing timely responses to customer / CD team\'s inquiries and managing Customers Ordering via Phone/Fax/Email/AVO.

Part B: Principal Responsibility

• To answer calls from ECPs and company CDM
• To achieve Abandoned Call Rate
• To ensure all orders for the day are ZERO based.
• To attend to customer or sales personnel via call, fax and email for the following:-

• Printing orders, sorting, segregation (order received via email & fax)
• Order processing
• Delivery enquiry
• Product enquiry
• Promotion enquiry
• Stock availability
• Customer complaint
• Filing the sales order (hard copy)

• To process exchange / billing order in the system
• To process Bulk Orders by instruction from Sales personnel
• Outbound call to customer to rectify on the problem orders receive or OOS condition
• Outbound call to CDM if any issue related to the order confirmation, discount etc
• Liaise with CCM (Credit Control Management) , CM (Client Management) , CDM and JJVC supply chain for any related issue
• Liaise with transporter/ dispatch for any issue related to delivery
• To process credit notes/debit notes based on the error billing in any particular invoice upon confirmation from company or CM (client management)
• To follow up with warehouse for goods collection that has not been done.
• To raise customer log via Customer Feedback Log/CRM
• To take ownership on customer orders and closely follow-up till closure of case.
• To be punctual and maintain perfect attendance.
• To take responsibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
• Re-process unfulfilled Order
• To take the responsibility to diligently process the orders as to avoid errors in order placement
• To perform outbound calls to ECPs to upsell & sign up for AVO (Online Ordering Tool)
• To perform adhoc tasks as and when assigned by TL
• To undertake other responsibilities and duties assigned by Manager or Team Leader from time to time
