Job Description


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
  • Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate.
  • More than 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum Education: SPM and Diploma
  • Able to work on Holiday
  • Working Hour
Monday-Friday: 8.30 am - 6.30 pmSaturday-Sunday : 8.30am-5.30pmOFF DAY any Two Day on weekdayResponsibilities
  • Respond to customers inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and courteous manner via various channels (phone, email, whatsapp, social media)
  • Manage booking and daily operation of car movement
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Key in data and Issued invoice & receipt and admin job
  • You may be assigned with new task and responsibility.
