Respond to customers inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and courteous manner via various channels (phone, email, whatsapp, social media)
Manage booking and daily operation of car movement
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
Key in data and Issued invoice & receipt and admin job
You may be assigned with new task and responsibility.
