Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support efficiently and independently.
  • Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed.
  • Coordinate daily customer service operation including email, call, etc
  • To assist inbound calls with promptly answer and professionally regarding enquiries and complaints
  • Outbound calls for follow up issues/cases
  • Build up a loyalty bond with the customer or distributor by providing excellent customer services
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by Management
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Min 2 years working experience
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Customer service oriented and ability to manage multi-tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fast learner, positive working attitude and a strong team player
  • Attentiveness, patience, immaculate, telephone etiquette and communication skills
