Position: Customer Service & Indoor Sales Executive

Location: MMW Bone Alignment Centre, Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

MMW Bone Alignment Centre specializes in natural, non-invasive treatments through traditional Chinese martial-art bone-setting combined with therapeutic methods. We are committed to helping individuals recover from sprains, misalignments, slipped discs, scoliosis, sciatica, and chronic pain -- without surgery, medication, or injections.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins. Explain treatment options, pricing, and available packages clearly to clients. Engage new prospects to create sales opportunities for therapy sessions and professional courses. Follow up consistently to ensure clients continue and complete their treatment plans. Maintain accurate and organized records of patients and sales activities. Prepare letters, documents, and marketing materials when needed. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding service quality standards. Provide excellent pre- and post-treatment service to build long-term client relationships. Promote the centre's wellness services and training programmes effectively. Work with the marketing and operations teams to support ongoing campaigns and promotions. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Collaborate with practitioners and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in healthcare or wellness industries). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. Well-organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Independent, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or local dialects are an added advantage.

Must be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
