Our mission is to help individuals heal naturally from issues such as sprains, misalignments, slipped discs, scoliosis, sciatica, and chronic pain -- all without the need for surgery, medication, or injections.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and walk-ins. Provide clear explanations of treatment options, service packages, and pricing structures. Engage and build trust with potential clients to drive sales for therapies and professional training programmes. Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure clients complete their recovery or therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client details, enquiries, and sales progress. Assist with administrative duties such as preparing letters, documents, and promotional content. Meet individual and team sales targets while upholding high standards of customer care. Deliver excellent service and support before and after treatments to nurture strong client relationships. Promote the centre's wellness services and educational training courses to increase awareness and participation. Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and events. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and wellness developments. Coordinate with practitioners and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

At least

2 years of experience

in customer service, client relations, or sales (preferably within healthcare, therapy, or wellness fields). Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a passion for helping others. Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Independent, goal-oriented, and also a dependable team player. Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia

and

English

; fluency in

Mandarin

or local dialects will be an added advantage. Willing to work

6 days a week

, including weekends.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
