What You'll Do

Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins with professionalism and empathy. Clearly explain treatment options, service packages, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions. Build meaningful relationships with new and returning clients, guiding them through their healing journey. Conduct follow-ups to ensure clients stay consistent with their therapy and achieve the best results. Maintain accurate records of clients, enquiries, and sales activities for smooth coordination. Assist with administrative and marketing tasks, including preparing letters, documents, and promotional content. Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service. Provide pre- and post-treatment support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Promote the centre's wellness services and professional training programmes to increase awareness and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and special events. Stay updated on industry trends, customer insights, and competitor developments. Work closely with practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or therapy). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust easily. Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and accountable. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin or local dialects is an advantage. Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
