Position: Customer Service cum Indoor Sales Executive

Location: MMW Bone Alignment Centre, Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

Our non-invasive, medication-free treatments support recovery from sprains, misalignments, scoliosis, slipped discs, sciatica, and chronic body pain.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins in a professional and caring manner. Clearly explain treatment options, service packages, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions. Build strong relationships with both new and returning clients throughout their recovery journey. Conduct consistent follow-ups to encourage treatment continuity and improve client outcomes. Maintain organized and accurate records of client information, enquiries, and sales activities. Support administrative and marketing tasks, including preparing documents, letters, and simple promotional materials. Work towards personal and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Assist clients before and after treatments to enhance their overall experience. Promote the centre's wellness services and training programmes to increase visibility and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, promotions, and events. Stay updated on customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings. Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations (healthcare or wellness experience is an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Organized, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. A responsible team player with a positive attitude. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage. Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends.
