Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum education: SPM and above
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• Required skills: Customer Service, IT Support, Mandarin Speaker
• Willing to work rotating shifts, if applicable
• Willing to work at weekend
• Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Work at KL branch

Responsibilities

• To provide fast and timely solutions to all corporate customer related problems
• Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve corporate customer's problem.
• Respond to support calls which include problem identification, escalation, and resolution of product problems
• To ensure corporate customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services
• To be constantly guided by company's service standards
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
