• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and pro-active approach, possess strong leadership qualities, and a team player who can work with minimum supervision and is highly committed
• Required Language(s): English. Mandarin
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• At least 2 yearsof working experience in a related field. Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge of managing retail outlets. Those from the FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
• Must be computer literate and willing to travel outstation and work on weekends.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang UEP.
• Can backup shops as and when required
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

• Return for investigation (Incoming & Outgoing)
• Collecting incoming Daily from Receiving bay & recording IT;
• Arranging outgoing Return for Investigation especially from LGM CS the team to go out to the outlet daily;
• Attend to daily customer incoming phone calls when relate to Product problems and solve issues;
• Ensure all Return for Investigation processes are in a timely manner, get approval from marketing and purchaser to replace new stocks/parts to customers;
• Attend the Marketing side, (*all the JOMAMA LIVE events and lucky draw prize giveaways), such as raising DO for the OP to issue a PICK list to the warehouse to pick up and liaise with the Retail Admin Order Processing to arrange for courier service to deliver out.
• Raise DO for warranty replacement.
• Arrange Training & invite staff from the outlets, according to the marketing set schedule.
• To arrange & coordinate with outlets on stationeries request and compiles all stationeries and ensure timely delivering out to each outlets.
• Other administration duties including filing, liaising with other internal departments, and dealing with any retail-related enquiries.
