Customer Service



Maintain proper filling of all operations correspondences and reports. Check all incoming emails and assist the superior in formulating replies in a timely manner. Communicate with customers by phone or email to provide shipment updates for export and import. In the event of a booking cancellation by the shipper or consignee, CS Ops shall coordinate the cancellation with the airline while keeping CS/Sales in the loop. The cancellation request from the shipper or consignee must be provided in writing or via email to record the date and time of cancellation. This is to avoid any issue of space or date unavailability when rebooking with the same airline later. Maintain proper records of customer correspondences. Maintain proper housekeeping in the Operations Department. Support the consolidation department in releasing inbound console shipments and handling collection of related charges for submission to the manager. Maintain a current profile of all flights schedules out of departing. Confers with customer and internal department to resolve problems.

Operations



Prepare Master Air Waybills, House Air Waybills, and customs documents, ensuring accuracy at all times. Review each export shipment to determine if any special permits are required, such as CAAM, COO, etc., and perform the necessary filings. Communicate with the transport department to arrange the collection of export shipments and delivery of import shipments to customers. Clears customs and submit shipment to Airlines along with company acceptance receipt signed by the airlines confirming receipt. Prepare and send shipment pre-alerts to the customer and the destination office. Organize and distribute all export documents for billing and filing purposes. Review shipment weights and buying cost to determine the best weight breakpoint to apply and check consolidation opportunities to maximize profit margins. Perform other related duties as and when assigned.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
