Client Background: Local company Industry : Customer Service Location: Tebrau, Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title: Customer Service cum Sales Admin Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM 2500 + Kpi RM 400 Responsibilities Complete daily sales order before stipulated cut-off time Generate and submit reports by end-of-day to the relevant recipients Work closely with sales and support team to provide excellent pre- and post- sales Provide leads and referrals to the sales team. Serves customers through various channels and platforms by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Must maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Attracts potential customers by responding promptly to customer inquiries on product and/or service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply Experience with MS Office and ERP software is an added advantage Attention to detail Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Emotionally intelligent, carries high integrity and protects confidentiality of the company Positive attitude, pleasant, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities Flexible and ability to adapt and adopt to company\'s values and culture, as well as fast changes within the company. Thrive in a fast pace environment and ability to complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame.
