Job Description

• Primary Language: Mandarin (As require to liaise with mostly Mandarin Speaking Clients)

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level .
• At least 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience will be added advantage
• Fresh Guaduates are welcome to apply
• Possess pleasant personality, responsible and good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate, able to multi-task, good team player.
• Good grooming and a tidy appearance is always preferable

Responsibilities

• The ability to increase and boost sales in order to achieve company\'s goals.

• Dealing with customers either walk-in, incoming calls and online.
• Compile customer database and Generating sales.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Carry out admin work in the company.
• Carry out any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
