Tanggungjawab
  • Ensure that team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email and live chat.
  • Coodinating with suppliers, courier service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistic-related issues.
  • Responsible and resolve for customers\' queries follow-up and processing.
  • Identify customers\' needs, clarify information, evaluate problems raised by customers and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure that the team follows company policies and procedures.
  • Plan, coordinate, assign and monitor daily workload to customer service team.
