Working Days Monday - Sunday 5 Working Days, 2 Days Off (not fixed) 8 hours working , 1 hour break Rotation Shift Working Mode: WFH (Mostly WFH, however will need to enter office if any major meeting) Fixed Language Allowance: RM150 : 1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls. 2. Provide information and troubleshooting to subscriber or dealer in a proper manner. 3. Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction. 4. Escalate ticket to respective department for further investigation and do follow up call to subscriber and dealer. 5. Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts. 6. Fast learner (Must be able to find the information and solution during high traffic of calls) without providing wrong information. 7. Ad hoc: outbound call from list provided. Requirement: . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. . Able to multi-task with phone calls while processing and documenting work. .
