Position: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for enthusiastic
Customer Service Representatives
to support customers of a leading mobile phone brand. In this role, you will use your energy, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver excellent service and solutions. This is an on-site position at our
Tribe center
, where you'll have access to the latest tools and systems, along with support from a team of leaders and colleagues every step of the way.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Mandarin and Cantonese
(both spoken and written) - fluency will be assessed through a language test
Ability to work across multiple computer platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in customer service and/or call center preferred
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
