Location: Crystal Plaza, Petaling Jaya (LRT Asia Jaya) or Menara AA, Kuala Lumpur (MRT Tun Razak Exchange).
Salary: Diploma (RM 2400) Degree (RM 2600)
Shift Allowances: RM 300
Travel Allowances: RM 120
Role Function:
Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment.
Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution.
A good listener with an ability to establish a good report with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant
product, services, and solutions from the brand.
Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.
Requirement:
Fresh Graduate are welcome (Diploma/Degree).
Good in English. Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs. Fast learner and able to handle multi-
tasking.
Must be able to work on rotational shift.
