Job Summary
Responsible for branch operations, customer service, decentralization of policy servicing and agency support.


Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face customer service to Life and General insurance policyholders
  • Complaint handling and escalation
  • Premium collections, reconciliation and banking
  • Decentralization of policy servicing (financial & non-financial policy changes and reinstatement).
  • Attending to enquiries and appeals from Life agents on operational issues
  • Execution of operational transformation initiatives under new work model Requirements



Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • able to work under pressure and adapt well to fast pace environment.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
