Location:

Jalan Raja Laut / Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (Near Public Transport)

Salary:

RM2,500 to RM3,000 + Weekend Allowances

Operation Hour:

8:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Sunday
(5 days work, 2 rest days, 8 hours per shift)

Contract:

6 months |

What You'll Do:

Prepare to support customers via

inbound & outbound calls, live chat, and email

Assist customers with inquiries and guide them on banking products and services Maintain accurate records while ensuring data security Collaborate with your team to deliver excellent service

Who We're Looking For:

Previous

call center or BPO experience

preferred Good command of English Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Motivated to explore a career in

banking
