8:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Sunday

What You'll Do:
Prepare to support customers via
inbound & outbound calls, live chat, and email
Assist customers with inquiries and guide them on banking products and services
Maintain accurate records while ensuring data security
Collaborate with your team to deliver excellent service
Who We're Looking For:
Previous
call center or BPO experience

Good command of English
