Manage customer bookings, inquiries, and provide timely shipment updates.
Process delivery orders, job sheets, and haulage instructions using internal systems.
Coordinate container movement with drivers, depots, and shipping lines to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor job status, maintain accurate records, and update customers accordingly.
Ensure all activities comply with port regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
Prepare basic reports and proactively highlight potential service issues, such as delays or demurrage risks.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in haulage or logistics operations.
Proficient in using haulage or transport management systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
