  • SPM / Diploma / Degree - any field (Fresh graduates welcome)
  • Patience & Emotional Control - able to stay calm even with demanding customers
  • Fast Learner - quickly understand products, workflows & customer needs
  • Team Player - work smoothly with different departments
  • Language Skills - Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Candidates who can also speak Mandarin / Written Mandarin will have an added advantage.
  • Computer literate (basic Excel, Word, Google tools)
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, RED BOOK & TikTok
  • Provide professional, patient, and friendly service (most of our customers are business owners, communication must stay polite even when they are strict)
  • Coordinate orders & liaise with design, production, and installation teams
  • Assist with basic admin & documentation work
