Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Able to speak in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly.
Ability to troubleshoot basic website or system issues.
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.
Willing to travel as required.
Able to work 6 days a week on an 8-hour shift schedule.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools
Tanggungjawab
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and other online communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues faced by customers.
Provide clear and accurate guidance to customers regarding product or service information.
Record and update customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into the system.
Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Maintain service quality standards and adhere to response time targets.
