Requirements:QUALIFICATION:1) Currently pursuing or have graduated from any degree or diploma program.EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED:1) Experience in conducting event will be an advantage2) Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision3) Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Scopes:RESPONSIBILITY:1) Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including venue selection, catering, equipment rentals, and other logistics.2) Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products. Assist in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.3) Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, and other marketing channels. Help create promotional materials and content.4) Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and teardown. Ensure all event activities run smoothly and efficiently.5) Assist with various administrative tasks such as maintaining event databases, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.6) Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
