• Minimum education is Secondary School
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Friendly, polite, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Able to sit in front of a computer and reply customer messages for long hours
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web, email, etc.)
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram is a plus
• Willing to learn and able to work independently & in a team

Tanggungjawab

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, calls, and online platforms
• Provide product information, handle inquiries, and follow up professionally
• Manage order processing, basic admin tasks, and after-sales support
• Respond quickly and politely to customers, especially via digital channels
• Handle basic social media interaction (e.g. replying comments/messages on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
• Coordinate with internal barista and service teams to deliver good customer experience
