Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Language Requirement: English, Mandarin and Cantonese (write, read, and speak)
- Willing to relocate to Penang
- Willing to work in rotational shift, public holiday and weekend
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone, chat, and/or email
- Log customer interactions in our system for proper documentation
- Follow-up with customers as appropriate
- Review customer\xe2\x80\x99s account to identify and offer products that will benefit the customers
- Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement
- Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement
