  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse customer base.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support and building rapport with customers.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional writing, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to handle conflict and difficult situations with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards customer needs and concerns.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur.
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the customer journey.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed, while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in products, services, and customer support processes.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service training materials and knowledge base articles in Cantonese to enhance the team's ability to support Cantonese-speaking customers effectively.
