Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.
Demonstrated proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse customer base.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support and building rapport with customers.
Strong communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional writing, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Proven problem-solving abilities to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Ability to handle conflict and difficult situations with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding mutually agreeable solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Must be willing to work onsite in Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur.

Provide exceptional customer service to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Act as the primary point of contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the customer journey.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed, while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights for service improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in products, services, and customer support processes.
Contribute to the development of customer service training materials and knowledge base articles in Cantonese to enhance the team's ability to support Cantonese-speaking customers effectively.
