Requirements Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred. Fluent in the required language Cantonese English (speaking, reading, and writing) Experienced in technical troubleshooting. Analytical skills for resolving complex issues. Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools. Self-managing in fast-paced environments. Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.
