Customer Service Executive

Basic Salary : RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Greet patient politely and always provide good customer service to patients. Handling all inbound calls, outbound calls and/or online charts pertaining to patient's general enquiries, feedbacks. To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information. To serve as a liaison personnel between the patients & clinical team (DSA, Doctors). To ensure that patients expectation is being met in line with the organization's mission & vision. To prioritize the management of customers complaints & feedback for quick & effective actions. Collect payment from the patients & ensure no short collection. Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Some Administration works.

Job Requirements:

Female, 18-30 years Chinese speaker Good personality, positive attitude With or without Experience. Training will be provided Having experiences in relevant position will be added advantage Good communication skills in English/ Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia Able to work in the evening & weekends. Team spirit & target oriented
