To deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support at the clinic's front desk. This role ensures smooth patient registration, appointment coordination, and communication between patients and clinic staff, while maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly upon arrival at the clinic.
Handle patient registration, appointment bookings, and follow-ups efficiently.
Manage billing, payments, and issuance of receipts accurately.
Attend to patient inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic system.
Monitor and manage the waiting area to ensure a pleasant experience for patients.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, stock requests, and report preparation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, clinic SOPs, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional attitude.
Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic clinic systems.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
