MohonKelayakan

  • Required to work on weekends (rest day on weekdays)
  • Mandarin and English literacy required
  • More than 3 years of customer service or confinement service experience
  • Tactful & pleasant communication skills required
  • 6 day work week
  • 9.30AM - 6.00PM working hours (1 hour lunch break)
Tanggungjawab
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Interdepartmental communication to satisfy customer needs
  • Achieve good customer reviews
  • Develop profitable relationships to sell additional services
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors
  • Other administrative duties
