Attend to enquiries from customers through multiple channels including WhatsApp, FB/IG Messenger, live chat, email, and phone call in timely manner Assist customers to place order on our sales channels Continuously expand and update internal FAQ list for future references Update order details (such as contact details, shipping address) as and when necessary Ensure items picked up by customers & deliveryman are as per ordered

Requirements:



Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage. High level of empathy & able to see from others' perspective. Able to stay patient when communicating with customers 5 working days a week (Monday to Friday), may need to work during weekend during seasonal periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day (replacement rest day will be provided). Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm Existing experience in customer-facing role is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
