Job Description

1. Greet visitors with a warm smile, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand's positive values.

2. Giving accurate and prompt information about our services, events and facilities.

3. Professionally address customer questions and concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and assist during emergencies.

4. Handle and track lost items, ensuring they are securely stored and returned.

5. Maintain daily logs of inquiries and incidents, and submitting reports as needed.

6. Help with tasks like footfall counting and other administrative duties.

7. Any others task which will be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements: -



1. Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.

2. Some prior customer service experience is a plus.

3. A pleasant personality with greeting people and good communication skills.

4. Excellent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin is a bonus).

5. Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays or extended hours during events.

6. Willing to work on shifts.

7. Basic computer skills - Word, Excel and Google Workspace.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
