At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotation for import, export & entertaining inquiries from customer.
Booking, follow up & shipment coordinator for customers.
Work closely with overseas agents to co-ordinate import, export shipment including rates enquiries.
Notify customers on rate changes, market update and new implementations from carriers.
Provide full administrative / coordination support to the sales team.
Attend to incoming calls, enquiries, complaints & etc.
Provide reports as required by The Management
