CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Desans Solutions Sdn Bhd

Qualification:

Minimum Diploma

Working Hours:


8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities:



Respond to customer messages on e-commerce platforms: TikTok Shop Shopee Lazada Follow up for product reviews Handle offline orders such as via WhatsApp and regular customers Assist in TikTok Live sessions (if needed) Any ad hoc duties required

Required Criteria:



Minimum Diploma in any field Skilled in using smartphones & computers Diligent in replying messages and patient with customers Interested in e-commerce & digital content Able to work in a team & take initiative
