Job Vacancy: Customer Service Executive - HireRight Verification Project

Location:

Ara Damansara (Walking distance from LRT)

Salary:

RM2,800 + Incentives

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and updates related to verification processes. Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience. Record customer details and feedback accurately in the system. Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolutions.

SPM qualification

Fluent in Mandarin

, with good command of

English and Bahasa Malaysia

. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
