-Handling customer concerns and complaints from client.
-Resolving customer issues.
-Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is positive
-Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
-Communicating with customers via phone, mail and live chat Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month Schedule:
- Rotational shift
