Note: This position mainly handles overseas customers. Must be willing to work from 7am to 4pm.

We are looking for a high potential candidate with customer service experience to unleash your high potential at Breezway Malaysia as a Customer Service Executive. You will be playing a crucial role in;

To provide services that lead to improvements in Sales & Customer Satisfaction via email & telephone/contact (e.g. design advise, quotation, orders, after sales service). To provide the link between the customers and the sales team (e.g. quoting, market feedback, product opportunities etc.). On time response on generating quotation, Order processing and arrange delivery. Undertake in house system support and procedure requirements. Assist with other projects & planning as requested.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year relevant experience Experience and knowledge in shipping and logistic will be an added advantage Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree Experience with SAP software or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
