Handle inquiries via Shopee, Lazada, WhatsApp, Social Media & Email ?????? & ?????????? Provide accurate product info, assist orders & delivery ????????????????? Recommend products, upsell & follow up with customers ???????????????? Ensure excellent service & customer satisfaction ??????????????? Requirements ???? Proficient in Cantonese & Mandarin ???? & ????????/????? Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia ??? & ????? SPM/Diploma and above ???? SPM/?? Experience in Customer Service / E-commerce preferred ???/?????? Fresh graduates welcome ???????? Positive, responsible & customer-oriented ??????????
