Our Client: Our client is an employment background screening company. Position Title: Customer Service Executive cum Verification Specialist (VS) Contract: 6 months - 1 year (Renewable / Convertible) Salary Range: RM2200 - RM2800 Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM) Responsibilities:
Reporting to Assistant Manager (In-House Team)
Accountable for own work report output and quality of work
To achieve the KPI assigned in order to measure the quality of performance
To ensure phone (outbound call) and email verifications are completed before the deadlines
To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
To ensure the best Customer Experience is given to all customers
To handle verification across different platforms, including Telephony & Email
Be passionate about being the best and what to achieve targets
Requirements:
1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in customer service / contact centre
Comfortable working in a contact centre working environment
Target oriented and able to demonstrate the ability to work in a KPI based workplace
Structured and follow SOPs
Excellent Communicator (Especially English \xe2\x80\x93 Both Written and Spoken) (Having the ability to speak other foreign language will be an added advantages)
Fast Typing Skill (within 50-60 WPM)
Have a \xe2\x80\x9cdo whatever it takes\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
Possess a positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
A committed Team Player, independent, responsible, and meticulous
Eager to explore new ideas and open to sharing ideas with the Team
Willing to learn and accept feedback while stay motivated to add value to the work
