Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products and company processes.
Handle complaints and feedback professionally and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive engagement.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up on pending matters.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the company system.
Operational & Administrative Support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Assist in onboarding new issuers and guide them through the process.
Service Quality & Reporting
Ensure service standards are met in line with company policies.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma / Degree
in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Preferably
1-3 years of experience
in customer service, admin, or client support roles.
Strong verbal & written communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
.
Customer-focused, patient, and professional attitude.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
