Requirements

• Emotionally Resilient & Empathetic: Able to remain calm, compassionate, and supportive when assisting grieving families.
• Excellent Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
• Responsible & Reliable: Dependable in managing sensitive tasks with care and attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) and customer service systems.
• Relevant Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in funeral services or a related field will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Support: Visit funeral parlors to provide assistance and offer condolences to grieving families.
• Guidance & Consultation: Advise families on memorial services, burial arrangements, and available company offerings with empathy and professionalism.
• Prayer & Event Support: Assist customers during all prayer services and ceremonies, ensuring a respectful, seamless, and meaningful experience.
• Installation & Setup: Handle the installation of the deceased's photo, name tag, and plaque with precision, accuracy, and respect.
• Service Supervision: Oversee incense burner servicing, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
• Record Management: Perform daily updates to the urn repository and burial worksheet to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
